Operation Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm EST)
Processing Time: 1-5 days after purchase*.
U.S Shipping Time: 2-4 Weeks after processing*
International Shipping Time: 4-6 Weeks after purchase*.
*Due to Covid-19 we're experiencing significant delays in shipping domestically in the U.S. and internationally. Shipping might be twice as long as our stated shipping times. We apologize in advance for this and we are working hard to ensure you get your order as soon as possible and continue to have a Simply Amanzi experience!
Customer's shipping information: All customers are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Customers have 24 hours to contact AmanziDesign via email at amanzidesign@gmail.com to update or correct shipping information. AmanziDesign is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect address. No product replacements for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
Items can only be shipped to the verified billing address. However, if you need your package to be ship to a different address, you need to email AmanziDesign at amanzidesign@gmail.com stating you give authorization to ship your package to a different address. A photo ID matching the verified billing address must be included in the email. IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY THIS INFORMATION, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages: AmanziDesign is not responsible for replacing products or issuing refunds for packages lost or misdelivered by (USPS) or other shippers. Customers should contact their local post office for all delivery matters once the package has been shipped by AmanziDesign.
Processing and shipping time will be delayed in the event of bad weather.
